how IT works

We BRING:

  • The grill

  • Tables and chairs

  • Plates, bowls, silverware, chopsticks, sauce cups, and napkins

  • Water glasses, water (Fiji), and ice

  • Table cloths and small decorations

  • To-go boxes

We also have the option for you to provide your own set-up for a discounted price. Please see the details below.


  • Number of people:

Minimum of 6 | maximum of 20 (If more than 20 people, please inquire for more accommodations)

  • Travel and setup fee:

There is a $2.00 per mile fee one way to destination and a $300 set-up flat-fee. Please note gratuity is not automatically added. We accept cash and Venmo for gratuity.

  • Required set up space:

For up to 12 guests we will need a 10x15 space for the set up | For more than 12 guest we will need at least a 10x20 space | All areas, pathways and set-up area must be cleared before we arrive for set-up | We cannot go up or down any stairs because of the weight of the grill. A few steps are ok.

  • Provide your own set-up option:

50% off discount for the set-up fee (regular $300 | after discount is $150). We will bring the grill and propane tank, all food (soup not included with this option), all homemade sauces, chopsticks, sauce cups, and to-go boxes. You are responsible for providing everything else, such as your own tables and chairs, salad bowls, dinner plates, utensils, napkins, cups, beverages, and anything else you need. Please let us know if you are choosing this option in the “Any other questions or comments” box when filling out the booking form. Note: we can provide tables and chairs upon request for an additional $25 up to 20 people.

  • Holiday service fee:

There is a $350 holiday service fee for all bookings during a holiday.

  • Deposit to book:

There is a $150 deposit (non-refundable) required to be officially booked. You will have 48 hours to pay the deposit from the time it was sent. The deposit will go towards the final invoice. The remaining invoice for your party is due in full 7 days before your party.

  • Cancelation Policy & Weather Policy:

You must have a 48 hours notice after paying the deposit for all cancellations for a full refund (minus the deposit). Customer is responsible for canceling due to inclement weather within 48 hours of your party. In case of rain you will be responsible for providing a covered area for the set-up. We can cook outside under tents and patios. We may be able to cook inside depending on the circumstances. Please let us know when booking.

  • How to book:

Fill out and submit the form below labeled “BOOK A DINNER PARTY” with all of the required information. We will review your submission and contact you as soon as possible. Submitting a form does not guarantee you are booked. Please check your junk/spam folders for our reply, as it sometimes goes there.

  • Hibachi Vegetables (grilled zucchini, onions, carrots, and broccoli)

  • Hibachi Sauces (Yum Yum/Shrimp sauce, Ginger sauce, Hot Mustard sauce, Teriyaki sauce) all Homemade by Chef Jack.

Please Note: If you are wanting one protein, the price will be the “single protein” price. If you are wanting two proteins, the price will be the “two protein combo” added together. For example: one protein hibachi chicken will be $45. Two protein combo hibachi chicken and NY strip will be the $25 (for chicken) plus the $28 (for NY strip) for a total of $53.

HIBACHI VEGETABLES* ($35 single protein | $10 tofu add-on | no combo option)

Fresh onions, zucchini, broccoli, green bell peppers, and carrots cooked on the flat grill to add a smoky and caramelized hint to the dish

(Add-on option) Hibachi Tofu is known for its savory and umami-rich taste, with a hint of sweetness cooked to perfection for a crispy exterior and tender interior

Tender, juicy, boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins

NY STRIP STEAK* ($54 single protein | $28 two protein combo)

The New York Strip is known for it’s tenderness and rich marbling which enhances the steak’s flavor and juiciness

FILET MIGNON* ($60 single protein | $33 two protein combo)

A lean cut with minimal marbling known for its velvety “melt in your mouth” tenderness

HIBACHI SHRIMP* ($50 single protein | $27 two protein combo)

These perfectly seared shrimp are known to be subtly sweet with the perfect combination of firm and tenderness

HIBACHI SALMON* ($50 single protein | $27 two protein combo)

The wild caught salmon is known for its rich and buttery taste, and firm yet tender texture

HIBACHI SCALLOPS* ($55 single protein | $28 two protein combo)

These scallops are seared to perfection and are known to be mild, buttery, and sweet

HIBACHI LOBSTER* ($70 single protein; 2 lobster tails | $35 two protein combo; 1 lobster tail)

The lobster tail is known for it’s sweet and succulent meat which is prepared fresh on the grill
