Starting in one of the most popular French cuisine restaurants in Bali, he honed his skills and developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies of different cooking techniques and flavors. His quest for culinary excellence then took him aboard a cruise, where for three years, he catered to a wide array of tastes and preferences from around the globe.

Jack’s culinary voyage didn't stop there; his ambition led him to the United States. It was here that he discovered his passion for hibachi. This new passion invigorated his dream and fueled his determination to further refine his skills.
